Managing Insurance Broker / CEO

Using her broad range of industry knowledge, Indred leverages her experience as a small business owner and knowledge of the insurance and financial services, with a team of experts and strategic partners. Providing customized plans for her clients, Indred gives them the tools to help manage their insurance portfolios. Indred is active in her community working with several community and non-profit organizations.

As a mom of two young kids, I entered into the insurance field a year ago as a CSR looking for flexibility. I’ve always had a passion for helping people and wanting to make sure they were taken care of and the insurance field is exactly that. Not only am I able to help clients with their insurance needs but also build relationships while doing so. I was able to get my feet wet and realized that insurance is truly something I enjoy doing and decided to get my license in property and casualty. Now I am currently working towards getting my health and life insurance licenses and can’t wait to see what this field has in store. It’s the best decision I’ve made in my career and I am also able to watch my children grow up!

Alexis has years of experience in sales across multiple industries, including medical devices, insurance, and software, giving her a unique perspective on business development and client relationships. In addition to her sales expertise, she has a strong marketing background, allowing her to drive innovative strategies that enhance brand visibility and operational success.


Passionate about building scalable systems and fostering strong business partnerships, Alexis is committed to helping organizations streamline their processes and maximize their impact. Her ability to blend strategy with execution makes her an invaluable leader within I. Alexander Agency.

DeeDee Anderson

I am the Marketing Assistant at the Brooklyn Park Small Business Center. I earned my bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and Spanish from Winona State University. In 2022, I was awarded the Top Paper Award by the University of St. Thomas for my research study on indigenous people and media portrayals. I have an extensive background in performing arts, as well as being fluent in Spanish. 


My main goal is to leverage my skills and experience to positively contribute to this organization's objectives, while gaining valuable industrial experience.
